Client selection

With a view to the complex duties to be covered by the sales staff already today - which leads to a too big timely load already now - the number of customers they have to take care of should remain manageable.

Here the follwing action may assist:

  • - lowering the advising time for comparably unimportant customers,
  • stringent acquisition of new clients,
  • definition of new clients by internal staff, with clear targets for the selling staff, etc.
It will be necessary to have a thoroughly compiled client portfolio which gives clearly defined action out of the number and classification of the customers.
